$300 Fee (1st pet); $100 fee for each additional pet
$25 per pet monthly
No aggressive breeds (see Patterson Lane team member for a complete list)
Restricted breeds:
• Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers
• Doberman Pinschers
• Chow Chows
• Rottweilers
• Presa Canarios
• German Shepherds
